help on exprting line properties to excel

how do you export the group name of a line on excel??

i checked all (as in everything!) on dataextraction and nothing there says group

you see?? when i type list, i see the group... how can i extract that to correspond on the XYZ that was extracted

This place is not a magical help machine.

I have seen others try what i believe to be something similar with data extraction and had the same problem Im not sure group can be extracted using data extraction.

I have used Jeffery sanders CAD 2 File lisp before. ( http://www.jefferypsanders.com/autolisp.html ) Ive also hacked it up to make it work for specific problems. If you feel like getting your hands dirty with lisp you could probably ~easily add group (assuming its a value like the others in the database) to the output list.
