I have received responses from both sellers. Here they are verbatim.

From the seller of LT 2008:

"I will give u a refund if it dosent work"

And from the seller of 2009 (full):

"I am a wholeseller I will walk u thru the process and u dnt have to activate over he Internet or by phone and I will gaurentee a refund if it dosent work but It will"

Neither fills me with a sense of confidence. Can we have any more misspellings please? Notice that "doesn't" is spelled, incorrectly, exactly the same in both responses despite the fact they were supposedly sent from two different sellers.

You don't have to activate over the internet or by phone? Then how the hell do you activate it? I guess he is going to activate it? This sounds totally bogus.

And yeah, the spelling and grammar are identical. Its got to be the same guy.

When I pressed him to provide details his responses were "U can refer to the add dude" and "What r they u need to refer to the add it's all there"

Again, I get two responses listing different email addresses and one word "add" is misspelled the same in both.

Re: AutoCAD 2009 (full) - able to load on four machines. I pressed the seller to explain how is it he can sell the equivalent of four licenses (at roughly $3500+ each) for a mere Buy It Now price of $407. I then said if the software is legit he should be able to say how he obtained it and be able to prove it too.

Oh, this guy sounds real professional.
I completely believe that his software is legit.

As adviced by others buy copy of 2010 LT.
F or 2 reasons
1. 2010 LT has many GOOD BASIC FEATURES WHICH WERE MISSING IN 2008
2. IT IS TOO EXPANSIVE TO UPGRADE FORM 2008 TO 2010 (IT COSTED ME LITTLE MORE THAN HALF PRICE OF NEW 2010 LT)OR WATEVER VERSION AVAILBLE WAT THE TIME YOU DECIDE TO UPGRADE.

This response came unsolicited this morning:

"I work with autodesk I am a wholeseller that's y it's cheap I gurantee my work if nt u can have ur money back also it cheap bcuz it's on DVD r disk"

He even provided a cell phone number to call if I had further questions.

I wasn't aware that putting software on a DVD-R disk made it any cheaper! This guy is a piece of work.

I wonder how one would go about confirming that an individual is a "wholeseller" of AutoCAD? He'd have to be listed as an authorized reseller then wouldn't he? Maybe I'll ask.

he doesn't actually say that he works FOR autodesk. Neither does he say that he works with them AS a wholeseller. Maybe he cleans their windows and sells their software as a side line.
