Drawing space adjustment

Hi,

I've started a new drawing and do not have enough space. For example, I have copies a line and moved it up. Even using zoom extents or trying to scroll, I cannot see it. I have tried page setup etc. with no luck.

Any ideas?

You started a new drawing in metric or english?

You copy a line (sure, you have drawn one first) of what length?

Usually when zoom extent is invoked all objects in drawing space are displayed (assuming you are in model space that is, tilemode=1).

Please can you make your questions clearer, I'm a little lost:unsure:

sounds like your drawing is in one set of units say metres then your copying a distance in mm which means the objects disapear but are there, when zoom extents look real carefully and you can probably see two dots one the original the other the copy pretty common problem easy to solve make sure your moving the same units or recsale.
