license usage and blocking

Hello,

I would like to disallow people from using 2008 and have them use only 2009. I do not want to have to uninstall all the software from all the workstations (over 100). I would prefer to do 1 of 2 things.

1. Rework the license file so it will not give a license to a 2008 request.

or

2. Create an opt file for lmtools that does not allow the use of 2008.

Any and all help/suggestions is greatly appreciated.
