AutoCAD not respoding when trying to export

Hi,

I want to save an image of a rendering in autoCAD, but whenever I try 'saveimg', 'jpgout' or 'export', autocad freezes and I eventually have to shut it down manually.

I can't seem to find anyone having this problem. Why does this happen? The problem is not on a particular file, because even with a new file this problem occurs.

Are you rendering to the render window or to the viewport?

If you're rendering to the viewport, try rendering to the window instead and then save the image from there.

Someone else just asked a similar question a few days ago.

What are your full computer specs? Maybe you need more RAM?

I am actually rendering to the window and, within autocad, i can perfectly see the rendered image. The problem is when I try to put it in a file. The moment I click the '...' button in the 'Output File Name', in the 'Advanced Render Settings' window, autocad crashes.

My specs are:

Memory: 4 GB

Processor: Intel Core2Duo 6300 @ 1.86GHz

OS: Windows 7 x64

Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 Mb
