problems populating my palettes

Hello all,

 

I have been progressivly adding new items to my tool palettes. Today I was attempting to add a few more custom marker points and I can no longer drag-n-drop them. I have tried making a new palette, same result. What I do get is a small dark circle with a diagonal line through it. I've also tried re-exporting to my local hdd and importing. Any help is greatly appreciated.
