Building a Lagoon Tutorial Civil 3D

HI there,

I'm using Civil 3D 2013. I am assigned to design and model a water lagoon. I've never done that before, and I'm wondering if there is any resources or tutorials on how to go about doing that.

I have an existing surface, and I need to be able to move the lagoon up or down (in the z direction) so that the cut volume and fill volumes equal.

Any assistance?

Look up the tutorials about the grading editor once you build your shape you can adjust its level and recalc volumes.

I don't see what you're talking about... I see a bunch of stuff on 3D modelling and Autocad Basics.
