i want to lean CIvil 3D 2013 how!

i'm wanted to lean auto cad civil 3D how can please im cad designer in road and infrastructure work so i need to lean civil 3D

There is a steep learning curve with Civil 3D. The best procedure is to convince your boss to send you out for hands-on training. You won't learn this software from reading a book or watching a video. You need examples and tutorials, so you can see what works and what doesn't (there's a lot of stuff that doesn't work the way you'd expect).

I've basically had to teach myself, luckily I'm a very good learner and luckily we don't use many of the higher functions.
