dwg to pdf, using Sheet Set Manager

I am using Sheet Set Manager (SSM, on command line)) to pdf drawings; from dwg to pdf.

I am using Civil 3D 2009. After I am done pdf, the pdf files a time do not come out right; for instance, there are lines that appears that were never on the original drawing, also some texts come out so dark although I put these texts on the same layer, line-weight and so on (same properties) as lighter texts.

What is the issue with extra stuff (lines, dark texts) that never exited in the original dwg file or is there something I need to change through pdf setting, is there someone out there that has the same issue, but most of all i need help solving this issue.

I have so many sheets within a project that I need to pdf with good resolution

I believe this question is more base on AutoCAD itself.

I would suggest requesting a third part PDF software. I used to run in to issues with crating PDF's but every since our office made the investment and bought Bluebeam, all of my PDF'ing issues have gone away.

i would try a different driver. in my experience primoPDF's free driver is the most reliable, i always keep a copy of it for wen our "trusted" paid software decides to have a mind of its own.
