When I Make Viewports In Paper Space The Dimensions And Text Are All Different Sizes Due To Different Viewport Scales. Is There A Way To Make All Text And Dimension Style On The Layout Page The Same Size? Thanks,

Use annotative Text and Dimensioning.

That Would Be Great If I Knew What That Was. I Just Switched From Autocad 2007 To Autocad 2010 And I Have Never Used Annotative Anything. I Am Teaching Myself How To Use The Software And I Want To Maximize My Time With Drawings. Thanks,

Had the exact same issue. Check pm's. Tried to post a link to a tutorial on Autodesk University I found quite helpful but I'm not qualified.

Although you may need to be a member to be able to DL class handouts. Best way to learn is to just get into it. Once you grasp the concept it becomes pretty simple, but you will start to find a host of other problems that come along the way.

What Are Pm's? I Have Been Drawing Everything One Sheet At A Time, Only Sizing My Title Block Because Scaling Is Not That Important For Shop Drawings. I Want To Learn The Right Way Though And Not Create Too Many Bad Habits. My Typing Is In All Caps As That Is What I Am Always In For Our Drawings. I Think The Thread For The Forum Converts To Have Only The First Letter Capitalized.

PM's = Private messages, but don't worry about that as I managed to post the link to the tutorial. Click the link and download "Class handout"

It will give you a run-down of Annotative text/block/attributes. How they work and how to work with them. Hope it helps.

One of the ways I get around this is to put all my text and dimensions in paperspace; and then use CHSPACE to 'force' it all into the relevant viewports once I am happy with the text height, arrow sizes, etc.
