Block help

Trying to make an all inclusive room block. We have 4 blocks that we enter data about a room into, name number area supply cfm return cfm CAV box exterior walls their direction windows ect. One of the blocks has most of the information needed but i need to add exterior walls and windows, easy enough if there is only one exterior wall and window but i dont know what to do if there is multiples, is there a way to create a block and then select how many exterior walls and windows there are and then based on that have 1,2, 3, or more spaces available to enter in the wall/window area. Ive attached the main block (it has room name, number area, supply cfm return cfm and cav box) Let me know if you have any ideas on how to do this
