    Running Lt2016 for years and have come across problem with CAD program not allowing me to draw a short (less than 1/2") line. It results in a point, which Properties says is a 0 length line. Also, and probably related is I cannot resize a polyline rectangle by small increments either. I select the midpoint of a side and try to drag it over slightly. Nothing unless I drag it 1/2" increments. I have no clue as to what setting I have changed.
