Fire_col
Select all, Deselect what you want to keep, erase what's left, then try again.
nukecad
To expand on Fire_col's answer You have 'empty' text, blocks, or similar out in space. to get rid of these 'empty' objects use- ERASE SELECT All Remove (select what you need to keep) ENTER That should get rid of all the 'empty' objects. ChristinaSeay
nukecad's suggestion should work. I've had this happen before when there were hidden blocks in my drawing. Not sure how that happens in the first place, but I've used that method to get rid of them several times.
MikeScott
Your LIMITS might be set too high. (assuming that variable is still used in 2010?) A zoom extents shows the outermost edge of your drawing, and your limits is a part of that. Otherwise purge and audit to see if that fixes it. I had a block once that had an MTEXT box in it that was "empty" and it kept doing that to me until I exploded the block and purged it. khoshravan
Select all, Deselect what you want to keep, erase what's left, then try again. Dear Fire_col Thanks. It helped me as well.
