  1. Hi all. (Please forgive me if this is not the correct category...) I recently brought in a site plan file from a civil engineer (as a block) to check some items. In doing so, it added tons of linetypes (shapes?). After checking what I needed, I deleted the block, continued working on the file, saved. Now, when I open the file, it asks for .shx files that I do not have, nor do I want in my previously clean files. In attempting to figure out how to fix this, I saved one of my clean files as a test file, then copy/pasted (1) line from the "corrupted" file (one of MY lines) to the test file. Doing so brings in all of the crap that I do not want. Now, to the obvious question ... how do I purge this linetype/shape info from my file? In case it makes a difference, my AutoCAD version is: "Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2013".
