  1. Rounding of 4 polylines according to the criteria: - radii from inside 420 , 560, 588 , 728 - if the outer polyline becomes the inner then round 728,588 ,560, 420 The point is to detect with 4 polylines are next to each other, determine which is internal and which is external. Then for each polyline round the hatches alternately according to the above criteria. Also i am looking for a way to sort polylines according to selection cords. Right now if i select every polylines clicking one by one its fillet according to selection but if i try to snap selection then its all messed up its going like 1-1 , 2-3 ,3 -4 , 4-2 (defun c:changefillet () (setq ss (ssget '((0 . "LWPOLYLINE")))) (setq num (sslength ss)) (if (= num 4) (progn (setq pl1 (ssname ss 0)) (setq pl2 (ssname ss 1)) (setq pl3 (ssname ss 2)) (setq pl4 (ssname ss 3)) (progn ;lewo (setvar "FILLETRAD" 420) (command "_.fillet" "_polyline" pl1) (setvar "FILLETRAD" 560) (command "_.fillet" "_polyline" pl2) (setvar "FILLETRAD" 588) (command "_.fillet" "_polyline" pl3) (setvar "FILLETRAD" 728) (command "_.fillet" "_polyline" pl4) ) ) ) (princ) ) Rn its look like that: And i want to acheve this:
  2. I have two instances: 1) I have the number for example 1.025, and I want the computer give me as answer 1.10, other example will be: I have 1.08, and I want the computer give me as answer 1.10. its like a rounding up. 2)I have the number for example 0.7625, and I want the computer give me as answer 0, 7 other example will be: I have 0.51, and I want the computer give me as answer 0.5 (can use the first decimal) its like a rounding down ¿How can I do? the code "round" doesnt exist anymore.
  3. Hey guys, We are doing a little chute-work in the office at the moment, and have had the need to develop some bend/folded plate work. The items we seem to be spending the most time on are square-to-round transition segements, where the chute walls are made of 1 plate, folded to the desired shape. Im sure most of you are familiar with this type of work - but I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good routine which will easily produce the developed/flattened plate of these transition segments. We have been using this site... http://www.sheetmetalguy.com/transition.htm... which does work quite well - when it works (it seems the site is quite old, and will only run in IE... sometimes). So i was thinking, it would be great to have a routine which would ask the user to select a 2D square/rectangle and a 2D circle... and the routine would calculate the distance between the 2 shapes (Z value) and then produce a 2D flattened profile of the required shape. Anyone know of a routine such as this? I do have a little LISP experience, but I imagine something like this could be quite involved and over my head. Thanks a lot for any help. Cheers.
