Publish to Web problem 2010

We have a system in place that lets any other memebr of the company view the drawings through Design Review.

 

We set this up and happily published all our drawings to the Electonic Project Cabinet (EPC)

 

This worked fine until we try and carryout the same function in AutoCAD 2010.

 

Is select all the layouts I want to Publish to Web

 

I select dwf and hit publish.

 

I then go and find the dwf I want to update.

 

Hit select and I get the following error

 

is currently open in another program. Please close the file and try again.

 

This file is not open but does have a hyperlink associated with it!!!

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

It still works fine in 2008!!!!
