Lynch Pin/Lanyards

I'm trying to make some Lynchpins and lanyards in inventor for an assembly I have made but I don't know how to, nor can I find anything in the content center. Does anyone know if lynch/linch pins exist or have an idea of how to make it. Also for the lanyards as I can't find anything on it either.

There are pins in the content center but this would be an easy model(depending on the type of linch pin)

I got the lynch taken care of but I can't seem to figure out how to make a lanyard and have it constrained inside a connection point but be flexible within the assembly. I really don't even know how to make a cable.
