Hi folks, kind of new to Autocad and underpressure to get it right fast.

I did my drawing in the model space. I now created a viewport in the paper space.

But my lines appear all solid standard even if in the paper space I selected different types of lines.

This is probably an easy fix...

Please help

Thanks

you need to change the ltscale (linetype scale). Did you change the ltscale in model space? you would usually need to change the ltscale to 1 in paperspace, or sometimes just tiral and error, depending on the units you worked to and the scale and size of you drawing.

Also check the threads below.

Try this if you are seeing dashed lines without the same spacing as in modelspace.

Set PSLTSCALE = 0

Actually lines are something like this in my model space

--X--X--X--X--

and like this in my paper space (viewport)

The answer above in post 3 is correct. PSLTSCALE = 0 Then regen.

Didn't work something with the viewport...

It's fine in one layout and not good in an other

If you are using multiple viewports with multiple scales, Then you need to set the linetype scale properties of the line for the given viewport instead. You did not mention more then one viewport. You would still need to set PSLTSCALE to 0

anyway.

LTSCALE = 0.20 did it

Thanks guys!
