tv131 Posted May 7, 2009 Posted May 7, 2009 I am having difficulty plotting multiple sheets of a sheet set to a single pdf. When I attempt to plot the job fails and in the details dialogue window there is no device, plot file path or page setup listed. Before plotting I have specified each of those necessities. I have also created new pc3 files as well as page setups. The kicker to this is that I can plot a single sheet off of the sheet set manager and when I change the publish collate variable to 0 I can plot just fine. However I need to plot multiple sheets to one pdf file not multiple. Does anyone have any thoughts? Quote
chelsea1307 Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 have you tried just publishing the sheets, set publishcollate to 0 just like for sheet sets but then type publish in the command line and you can add as many sheets as you want to it and pick you pagesetup that is made to make pdfs, works fine for me Quote
The Buzzard Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 You plot individual PDF layouts. In Adobe You select File, Create PDF, From Multiple Files. You then browse for all the PDF layouts you have just ploted and add these file in the dialog. At this point you can arrange what order you want them in. Click OK and all your files are in one PDF.
