Well, Ive copied the autolisp quick start from afrolisp and printed it off.

Now to get cracking, as Lee says its alot to take in initally, but i'm going to give it my best shot.

I'm sure you will be hearing alot more from me.

Its a shame you wont hear me cursing and swearing though. Wot a giggle you would have. :)

mmm, for some reason firefox and safari ar not reading the black text.

It works ok in explorer though

mmmm.

I really liked Firefox and all the add-ons and stuff you can do with it, but I quit using it because there were so many sites that it just wouldn't display correctly. A good portion of them were sites I use all the time for various activities like paying bills and running my little side business, so it's important that those things look the way they should. What finally topped it off for me was Google Maps. Although it displayed correctly on my screen, anyone with whom I shared a map that I had created (for motorcycle rides) using the Firefox browser could not get it to display correctly using IE. Since most of my friends use IE, that was a problem. I use Chrome now, and haven't had any problems.

Ok, back to the lisp thing. Thanks for sharing that link. I used to write a bit of code many moons ago, but things have evolved. I wrote a little routine a few months ago, and could not get it to work to save my life. Assuming I had just forgotten everything I ever knew apparently, I dug back in my archives and found one I knew worked. Guess what...it don't work now. So I'm going to take advantage of this information and start again!
