Hi folks

I was never a fan of vba for any application let alone any of the autodesk products, However. My current employment required some batch driven function such as block replacement as well as some other batchy style scripts. This tainted my once pure lisp dreams to the desaturated state that only an auto suggest property/method OOP language could offer (that and vba would run out with a drawing. Recently however I embarked on a small crusade to redeem my lisp heritage by writing all the required functionality using autolisp.

The recollection of my fall from grace inspired me to ask you.. The cadtutor community:

Has this happened to you?

if yes what brought you back?

Any regrets?

Thanks for your time

Ollie
