Hi All!

I Have this shape created from splines…and I need to get this exact shape somehow created as a 3d solid…it might seem a silly question but I really don’t know how to get this desired 3d solid created…I was struggling to get these splines created correctly and they are not planar…so region and extrude command will not help…extruding splines and slicing 3d solid with surface path will not help either because splines are not planar but they do mach at the end points perfectly…Any help would be very much appreciated…

Image with original splines and desired 3d solid is enclosed… DWG file is enclosed too…

If the endpoints of adjacent spines are in contact then the LOFT command can make a surface. The THICKEN command will produce a solid from that surface.

Wow! I never know that lofting splines is possible! This is really cool! But how did you managed to get this really accurate surface…? With THICKEN command it’s straight forward…but how did you lofted these splines…I have enclosed an image showing what I get from lofting them splines…non accurate surface…but your is perfect man! What am I doing wrong?

With the Loft command, Pick two opposite edges as cross sections, then use the two remaining as guides.
