Simple Customising in ACAD A 2010

Previously I have had no problem in adding my three favourite commands (and buttons) to toolbars but in 2010 it's a problem.

 

1 the cui db seems 'flakey' to generate,

 

2 the command list drop-down annoyingly rolls with mouse wheel but fortunately the slider avoids this,

 

3 trying to 'import' an existing button image results in frozen ACAD needing 'three fingered salute'.

 

Has anyone else found similar problem.

 

I would try importing from existing menu file as per instructions but don't know which and where...?

Seems to be solved: ACAD was playing up allover and Norton 360 seems the culprit AGAIN - Norton's too clever by half.:x:x

 

There is a Norton fix for ACAD 2010 !!!!
