Keith Nichols Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 First of all I am new at this and need some help. I am taking Cad classes at the local college and have been doing fine until now. My question is, why when I have a drawing in metric do I get a scale factor of 1:1_1 in the layout instead of 1:1?I have tried setting up a templet but something is just not right. I am using size B paper and was wondering if that is having a conflict. Seems like no one else has this problem. I am using Civil and the programs at school are not. Would that have something to do with it? thanx for any help. KN Quote
Guest LElkins Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 Type SCALELISTEIDT and check that it isn't a scale that has been added to the list. Cheers Quote
Keith Nichols Posted March 5, 2008 Author Posted March 5, 2008 Thanx for the reply and yes the 1:1_1 is in SCALELISTEDIT. Shoould I delete it? Thanx KN Quote
azzro10 Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 If u dont want that scale n ur never guna use it then delete it from the list n create a new 1 in the scale list that suits. Quote
Keith Nichols Posted March 5, 2008 Author Posted March 5, 2008 Thanx I will see what happens. I really want it to show 1:1 but the 1:1_1 looks to be the same. I was wondering if it is just showing that it is metric since the paper is in standard english measurements. Thanx KN Quote
tasker Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Hi, I have just had these types of scales appear in my scales list. Although they deleted ok I dont know how they were created. From reading the thread I can understand what they are but I would like to know what I did to create them so I will know how to deal with it next time. Thanks. Quote
