How to align an imported dwg

As I don't have any Revit based architectural plans I'm just importing normal dwgs trying to get used to the program. One of them is tilted at an angle, so where I would normally use Autocads Align command I'm not sure what to use here. I notice that Align is also a command in Revit MEP but apparently it functions differently. I have no idea at what angle the dwg is tilted or I could have used Rotate. It's so frustrating being such a noob at a program!
