Changing a template file to a project file

Hi,

I am new to Revit 2009 Architecture. I am trying to change a template file with a drawing to a project file?

Does anyone know how to do this?

You should be able to open Revit and Click the new button to start a new project then browse to the location of the file you are wanting to be a project instead of a templete
