gman1979 Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 Hi Guy's, For the past few days’ I have been trying to tidy up a few things at work, one of the main things has been to bring some continuity to our drawing title blocks. There are so many differing versions all set up for different arms of the company and for different clients. I have been working on a flexible drawing title block that has the option to change the client details (mainly in the form of an xref image displaying the client logo) but also changing the areas of the title block required to be tailored to that specific client (i.e. legal notices and regional information). So far, the technique I have worked on was to create a custom menu to automate this. In my test, I have a "client" fly-out menu with a drop down list of our clients. When you select the client the drawing is for, the logo and client specific information for that client is visible and no information for all the other clients is visible. so far this looks ok, but having only set-up a block to accommodate two possible clients I was wondering if there may be a better / more economical way of doing this before I go ahead and include all clients with all client specific details.
