sim_rx3 Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 hi all, does express tolls still have this tool bar? ive been upgraded by our IT but Layers II seems to be missing from the acad toolbar selection. or has our IT guru not loaded express tools? cheers Quote
alanjt Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 Layers II is not an express tool. the Layer tools (freeze, isolate, off, etc.) are core now. it should be in your acad.cui toolbars Quote

ReMark Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 This is what AutoCAD 2010 Help says about finding/using the Layer Isolate command: Ribbon: Home tab > Layers panel Menu: Format > Layer tools > Layer Isolate Toolbar: Layers II Strange that it should mention a toolbar that does not exist. Quote
sim_rx3 Posted June 16, 2009 Author Posted June 16, 2009 i wonder if this was a problem when migrating settings for the upgrade. as i had layers II for 2009 version. i rely on it alot to. the isolate layers and unisolate is very handy when processing architectuals for backgrounds to our drawings. i might try to reinstall autocad, but dont migrate and see if that fixes it.
