chelsea1307 Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 So, some brilliant drafter that used to work here has a page full of mtext broken randomly and then split into columns. Is there an easy way to merge all the mtext into one big mtext? Quote

Is there an easy way to merge all the mtext into one big mtext? Explode it all, then use the express tools tool, txt2mtxt. I don't have autocad up now so I am not sure of the exact name, type txt2 and hit tab. Quote

dtkell Posted August 3, 2009 Posted August 3, 2009 you could also cut and pasteopen one mtext group highlight text cut it then paste it in the first mtext and so on... You should "copy" and paste in the mtext you want to combine with. Then erase the text you just copied "Cut" removes the text from the editor, but leaves you with a "null" text entity. Quote
