TimSpangler Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 Here are a few things that I do in mine: First I add a command line call so that I know that it loaded: ;; Set call line upon loading (princ "\n Loading Acaddoc.lsp....") Then I load my programs and set system vars: ;; Set linetype scale for Arch (setvar "LTSCALE" 24.0) ;; Load all help systems (load "C:/Acad ToolBOX/Support/STDLIB_HELP.lsp") ;; Load specific function (autoload "C:/Acad ToolBOX/Support/ExtendLine.lsp" '("XLE")) I then load any other lisps ;; Load TGS Lisp (load "TGS_Acad.lsp") Then I add another command call to close the file ;; Set call line upon loading (princ "\nAcaddoc.lsp Loaded Successfully....\n\n") You may need to add the directory.. chelsea1307 Posted June 24, 2009 Author Posted June 24, 2009 Thanks for the link, i already read that in the autocad help files. Ive put it everywhere. everyfolder that is in my support files has it in there. i keep getting this error, could that have something to do with it? is it finding somewhere another acaddoc.lsp that wants to load from this location? Ive take off my custom cui file to see if that was causing the problem and its not i still get that. Ive done a search on my computer to see if there is another acaddoc.lsp and ai can find one ; error: LOAD failed: "C:/Acadsupport/Austin's Customization/Austin-Cad/lisps/routines" Quote

And is it possible the acaddoc.lsp is on that network? Seems to me there is a conflict with another acaddoc.lsp Quote
StevJ Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 I'm using ACAD 2006 here at work. I had to put my modified acad2006doc.lsp file in: C:\Documents and Settings\MyName\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2006\R16.2\enu\Support\ You might have to put your acaddoc.lsp file in the Documents and Settings location on your computer for your version of autocad..
