gsksun4 Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Can somebody explain the usage of the justification choices in the text command. I guess I don't understand what the TC, MC, and the BC does. Quote
NBC Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 TC = Top Centre MC = Middle Centre BC = Bottom Centre self-explanatory or you require more information ? Quote
gsksun4 Posted June 25, 2009 Author Posted June 25, 2009 TC = Top CentreMC = Middle Centre BC = Bottom Centre self-explanatory or you require more information ? Thank you for the quick response. I know what the letters stand for, and I know typical justification choices like center centers the text line on line, and left justify and right justify, but don't see a difference when I try MC. I'm curious as to when you would need this. I might be missing out on something that might be helpful. Quote
eldon Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 MC could be useful for putting a circle round a single Text character for example. The justification that has always been missing is decimal centred Quote

The justification that has always been missing is decimal centred Thanks, but you lost me on that one. I still don't se a difference between this MC and the old fashioned justify, c, enter. Quote
eldon Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Have you not explored your Help file and have a look at their explanation? Quote
gsksun4 Posted June 25, 2009 Author Posted June 25, 2009 Ah, this explains it. So you can pin point where the middle of the text string will be. Thanks for the illustration. I haven't gotten into the help tool yet, just got this 2009LT 2 days ago. Thanks again. Quote
