Perimeter OR Length Output ?

My Requirement is :

 

I want to select the line OR PolyLine; If it is

 

Condition 1 : If it is line Or Polyline ;Tell it is line or Polyline ;; Then Joint or Close loop, After joining tel me the final result : " it is open Loop & Its Length is "VALUE" ."

 

Condition 2 : If it is Poly Line or Line :Tell it is line or Polyline ;; Then Joint or Close loop, After joining tell me the final result " It is open OR Close Loop with Length OR Perimeter which is applicable for same. "

 

 

I want req. the output it text which is inser into drawing.

 

Select the object :

Pick the point where u have to isert the text. :

Object is LINE OR POLYLINE ; IT it is open or Close loop ; with Length Or Perimeter Value.
