Cad64 Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 Take a look at this tutorial: http://www.republicofcode.com/tutorials/3ds/texture_stealth/ Also, take a look at this thread: http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?t=29434. It lists several sites that offer free Max tutorials. Quote
bkoy Posted July 3, 2009 Author Posted July 3, 2009 hi..where can i find a trial version of 3ds max 6 or 9. thanks Quote
papagyi Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 Here it ...http://www.softlookup.com/display.asp?id=142270 Why did you search from google or yahoo..etc? Quote
Cad64 Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 Papagyi, did you try that download before you posted the link, because it doesn't work. It just takes you to the Autodesk home page. There are no trial versions for Max 9 available, and especially not Max 6. That's ancient. Just download the 2010 trial from the Autodesk website. Why do you need a trial version of Max 6 anyway? You said you're working with it already? Quote
papagyi Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 I need to check Cad ..thk.. But i already said him to find if my link will not work! Coz easy to find with any internet search engine! Quote
Cad64 Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Coz easy to find with any internet search engine! A trial version? If you can find a trial version of Max 9 or Max 6, please post it here, because I have just searched and cannot find one. Quote
papagyi Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Here is it?.. ***Link Removed*** Another way is easy download for crack version.Eg..from .rapidshare,megaupload.. It is not illegal but most of crack version base on trial version. So you can use this trial version without using crack. Quote
Cad64 Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 I can't allow that link to remain on the forum. If that site is offering cracked software of any kind, then it cannot be linked to from here. If you read the fine print on that site, it says "Download at your own risk" and McAfee advises against downloading from there due to adware, spyware and viruses found in some downloads. And that Max download is an .exe so it could very well be a virus. And even though it says it's Max 9, when you attempt to download it says its Max 2009, so I don't know what it is. And cracked software IS illegal software. The crack allows you to use the program for free, so how is that not illegal? Please do not post links to sites offering cracked software or torrents. Quote
bkoy Posted July 9, 2009 Author Posted July 9, 2009 yeah i already working with 3ds max 6 but in my working place. In my PC i haven't got one. i want to know 3ds max better so that i want to install it to my PC. Quote
Cad64 Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Max 9 is better than Max 6, but Max 2010 is better than Max 9. Download the trial version from the Autodesk site. If you have Max 6 at home, why don't you just install it on your work computer? Or have your company purchase Max 2010 and then install it on both your work and your home computer. Quote
papagyi Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 The crack allows you to use the program for free, so how is that not illegal? Please do not post links to sites offering cracked software or torrents. I see Cad .So i never posted like crack link to our forum. I try to help other as i can with respect copyright! Sorry for my link that was already crack link. I will more care next ! Quote
