If I switch to > I can follow any of the methods above and it'll give me a palette. I can then switch to my regular profile and I can still access the new palette but creating new ones still gives blank palettes. Maybe the Search Support Path for the palette is not set in one of the profiles. Quote

JohnM Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 diffrent profiles contain diffrent file search paths set the profile that works as current then go to tools then options and on the files tab scroll down to tool palette file location and write down the path. now set the profile with the issue to current and check to see if the path for the tool palette is the same. if not change it and it should work then.
