D-Zyne Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 Up until recently I was using 2006 and plotting to pdf with Distiller 5.0- no problems, everything was fine. When I upgraded to 2008, the pdf conversion started to get wonky- I started wondering if my Distiller version was just too out-of-date to work anymore. I can plot using the DWG to PDF feature but am limited to using the free Adobe Reader 9 to open these and I don't have access to all of the features I'm used to...even the simple ones like inserting pages. Anybody use another pdf program with a decent set of features (security, editing, etc...) that doesn't cost large amounts of cash? Quote
JoeC Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 We use Fineprint pdffactory. It doesn't have a bunch of features, but it has been very dependable through our upgrades from Acad 2000 - 2008. You can use their trial version for free, but it prints a trial version stamp on the bottom of the doc. Its about $50 to purchase. Quote
