Can someone help me, how to add a .dcl file to the Search Path in the Autocad File.

You can check where the search paths are by going to:

 

Tools > Options > Files (tab) > Search Paths...

 

There, you can also add a new path - a more convenient one if you like.

 

Then just save the .dcl file to one of the paths and you're all set.
