Nick Rennie Posted July 16, 2009 Posted July 16, 2009 Hi, When you print to PDF can you print more than one layout to a single PDF file? If so, how can you do this? eg: 6layouts into one PDF file instead of 6 layouts into 6 PDF files. Thanks, Nick Quote
phobos Posted July 16, 2009 Posted July 16, 2009 Good morning, Long way is : Print them to DWF first than open your DWF viewer and print to PDF. This is the way I use. Quote
kymba Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 make sure they have the same page layout applied Quote
nocturne00 Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 Adobe Acrobat can also do it, the professional edition Quote
chelsea1307 Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 you could also just publish and set publishcollate to 1, again make sure you have a pagesetup Quote
YZ Posted July 21, 2009 Posted July 21, 2009 We use PDF995. You can download it from Software995. It is free to use and an add pops up each time, or you can purchase it for $US9.95. We purchased that and PDFEDIT995. PDFEDIT995 has a function to combine the new PDF with the last one just plotted. So you print your first one, then toggle that function, then print your next five layouts, and save over the old file each time. Then toggle the function off again. You are left with one PDF with 6 pages in it. Quote
