Macro for Notepad in Autocad

I have been searching a macro that would launch notepad in AutoCad. I had ran across this below. It bring up another window. If there is any other macros that would launch notepad can you post it.

Have you tried:

 

(startapp "notepad" "File Name")

I new that the macro use not difficult.

You can also go to Notepad in your start menu, right click on it and slect 'properties'..

 

In the properties window there is an option for Shortcut Key, which will then work from anywhere in windows. I have these set up for Notepad, Paint, Calculator etc etc!

 

eg: CTRL+ALT+N opens notepad
