hello people!

I added a block from one drawing to other, thing is the block (composed by different figures) changed its materials to one that is on the new drawing

Are your materials assigned by layer? That could be one reason the block aquired the material that it did.

You might be somehow right. Every time I create something in any layer it comes with the material. How do i remove it? I tried the "Remove materials from selected objects" and ......OH I JUST GOT IT !!! ..... DON'T MESS WITH GLOBAL!!!!

I'm not sure what I did to solve your problem but I'm glad to hear whatever it was worked? I think. (Scratches head in puzzlement.)

hehehe !! In the materials tab, there one called "GLOBAL". By mistake I altered it when creating a new material. Apparently, this global material relates to every surface drawn.

Ahhh....yes it does. Good catch. I should have remembered that (slaps self upside head). Thanks.
