ollie Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 Hi All I am trying to use the ODBX connection method with no luck. the problem I am having is that the script can't find "AxDb15.dll" Does anyone know of any issues relating to this method with acad 2007 or where the dll is I have tried doing a windows search for the dll as well EDIT: I think the file I should be finding is AxDb17.dll (acad2007's version of the file) Currently The script finds the file but treats it like it didn't I'll keep the community posted Thanks, Ollie Quote
Lee Mac Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 Just curious, what are you trying to achieve Ollie? Quote
ollie Posted August 6, 2009 Author Posted August 6, 2009 The ODBX method of opening drawings is non intrusive and fast. the end goal for this is a way of connecting to a (group) document(s) and run checks on the database tables for inconsistencies, such as superseded block references without having to open the document Quote
Lee Mac Posted August 6, 2009 Posted August 6, 2009 Ollie, see here for opening multiple drawings with ODBX: http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?t=37127 it should help with what you are trying to achieve. Quote
