Trying to rotate a fixed length chord along an arc end to end

seem to be you want to do a "ellipitical" polygon , or a part of it

 

Is it so?

 

You are right. Of course the first chord is most important to me. Do you have a solution for it?

The only way I have , is to draw a circle , centered on the spline and make a line from the center to the intersection of the circle with the spline, then move the circle to the end off the line drawn
