command? erases everything outside a line

hello,

 

ive used this command before years ago but have since forgot it.

 

you draw a rectangle, click on it, then click inside or outside box and it will trim and erase everything inside/outside of the box

I don't know of an acad command to do this but the CookieCutter2 v1.2.lsp found here will do it

Actually the thread/lsp I referred the OP to is like an enhanced Extrim... after trimming it erases also.
