Specifying the arc length of any given arc.

I want to be able to specify the arc length of any given arc without having to use trigonometry to work out the arc angle. In the properties dialogue box the arc length is visible but greyed out & therefore cannot be changed. Does anyone have any ideas?.

go Draw > Arc and you find all kinds of different ways to draw arcs.

You will have to draw the arc to the correct radius, any length, then use Lengthen command to set length.

Thanks rkent that's cracked it. I wasn't aware of lengthen command.
