Dear all

I have a problem it is new for me this first time I see it, when I make save I found massaged said unable to save , please see the attached it will explain

The key to your problem is in the line that says "...as it is being accessed by another session." Sounds like someone else was working on the same drawing at the same time you were. Are you on a network with other CAD operators?

Yes we are working on the server but I don't know why this problem happen

ReMark is probably right, someone else has the same drawing open. Ask around the office to find the culprit.

When working on the drawing type the following at the command line to display ownership information for opened drawing files.

 

WHOHAS

 

"You can use WHOHAS to track which users have certain drawing files open."

probably, which you'd get a message about when you open the file. But AutoCAD has so many 'hyss' that you never know..

All machine is shut down now and I can't save the drawing for this project only

Try SaveAs and save it under a different name.

Close the file and right click on the file name and click on properties. Make sure "READ ONLY" is not checked.
