Hi all!

I am trying to use convtosurface command to convert bunch of 3dfaces to surfaces. I don't know why (obviously:D), but not all of 3dfaces are converted after running the command. I used splframe=1 to make all faces visible but no change.

I am getting the message:

Specify opposite corner: 74 found

Select objects:

18 objects cannot be converted.

I have no idea what to do next and I really need this to work.

Any help would be great!!!!

Thanks,

Peja

Sounds like you have some bad 3Dfaces.

Maybe some of them are overlapping?

I think you're just going to have to do some detective work and figure out where the 18 problem areas are, and fix them.

Hello,

I have the same problem for more than 300 faces on the model of a concert hall.
I found one of the faces that can't be converted, I try deleting it to redraw it. I verify, and there is no overlapping but nothing worked...
I attach the part of the drawing where 2 faces can't be converted using convtosurface, and I'm using AutoCAD2022.

I will be really thankful if you can find a solution.

I don't know what's wrong with that one 3D face that won't convert, so I simply created a new polyline boundary, deleted the bad face and then ran the CONVTOSURFACE command and everything converted fine.
