Problems unlocking BOM created in Excel in Acad2008

After importing spreadsheet. (Paste special) The excel table is locked. I can unlock each cell individually however I can't seem to figure out how to unlock all cell's with one command. I have tried windowing table R clicking to UNLOCK, however this doesnot work. Tried picking the table and going to unlock , Thats when it will only unlock one cell @ a time. Please advise
