Hi

I have a problem thats needs solving, but I have no idea how to start at it.

I have lots of shapes in lwpolyline, and I want to modify them, so all the segments are perpendicular to the last segment, without significantly modifying the original shape of the object.

I'm attaching an example, on the left is a source object, on the right is what I aim to achive.

I'm open to any solution, because modifying the objects one by one by hand, is a pain in the ass.

Thanks.

You would need to select a "base vector" to reference all the other sides to, and then position the coordinates as required. :)

Thats a good idea, thanks, but how do I determine the base vector?

The user would have to pick one of the sides I should imagine, and that side would remain fixed.
