Coosbaylumber Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 I dunno what they were thinking of, but am now having to translate all of my coordinates to suit the software for some Chinese made machine. It has established that the UPPER left corner of workpage is 0,0 instead of the LOWER left corner. Thus I essentially see a mirrored image or one that has whacko coordinates. Or, nothing at all. For my what of thinking, this nornmally would make all X coordiantes to be positive, but all Y to be in the negative side per Autocad. (The Chinese software does not understand ANY negative coordinates). Am using 2008 for this and is any way to Mirror the coordinates then? Wm. Quote
tzframpton Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 Hmmmm, that doesn't sound right. X,Y is a global mathematical rule. Are you sure the UCS isn't rotated? Or is just the UCS Icon in the upper left corner? Quote
dbroada Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 not sure but can you set up a new UCS. Y rotated through 180 degrees? Quote
