ReMark Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 You could download the time-limited version of Google SketchUp Pro 7 that is good for a total of 8 hours. Open your file in Pro, export it, then close it. How long could that take? A couple of minutes? You'd still have 7 hours and 58 minutes left! Quote

ReMark Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 I think SketchUp Pro can export as a 3D solid in dwg format. Can anyone here confirm? My source for this info has not come in to the office yet (he has the Pro version on his computer). Quote
f700es Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Yes it (Pro version) can export as several 3D formats, .dwg being one of them. Quote
designerstuart Posted June 30, 2010 Posted June 30, 2010 you can also find a free ruby to import / export cad files using Sketchup (not Pro) if you like to do it this way - no time limit! Quote
Antjb12 Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 What is the name of a good ruby for transferring between programs? Quote
