Hello Everbody.

 

I am using free version of Google Sketchup.so i can't export sketchup files to Autocad.

 

There is any CONVERTOR can convert sketchup files to Autocad?if so please help me.thanks in advance.

You could download the time-limited version of Google SketchUp Pro 7 that is good for a total of 8 hours. Open your file in Pro, export it, then close it. How long could that take? A couple of minutes? You'd still have 7 hours and 58 minutes left!

How big is the file you created in SketchUp is what I was referring to.

I think SketchUp Pro can export as a 3D solid in dwg format. Can anyone here confirm? My source for this info has not come in to the office yet (he has the Pro version on his computer).

Yes it (Pro version) can export as several 3D formats, .dwg being one of them.

you can also find a free ruby to import / export cad files using Sketchup (not Pro) if you like to do it this way - no time limit!
