manchest Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Hi I have unioned several solids together which was saved some days ago Is it possible to undo the union and return to individual solids, I have exploded the solid but that just turns everything into faces, rather than the original solids Thanks for you help Quote
ReMark Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 There is no ununion command although a few of us might like to have one. What is the variable DELOBJ set to? Quote
manchest Posted September 10, 2009 Author Posted September 10, 2009 Hi Remark thanks for your answer I thought that might be the case, making a copy of everything now before I union anything My DELOBJ is set to 1, what is this varible for? Quote
ReMark Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Per your AutoCAD Help file: DELOBJ "Controls whether geometry used to create 3D objects is retained or deleted." Anything other than a setting of "0" will delete the underlying geometry that helped you to create the individual solids in the first place. Quote
